Our Standards

We strive to achieve the highest standards of provision and we ensure that we
comply with all regulatory legislation. Our School, College and Community Living
Services are inspected regularly by OfSTED, Local Authorities and the Care Quality Commission.

We have achieved and are regularly reinvested in the Investors In People Award. We prioritise regular training and development for all our staff and we run an extensive in-house Training and Development programme. Educational Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and Residential Support Workers have the opportunity to complete NVQs which enhances the quality of care and support we provide for our young deaf people. All staff also receive regular Health and Safety training.

The Trust has also achieved the two tick Disability Status award.
